It drives me nuts trying to firgure out the singer coz i really like the song...very cheerful and upbeat, kind of lift my mood when i'm feeling down, so please help me, the lyrics goes something like this, chorus "Feel the rain on your lips (or skin??), no one else can feel it for you, only u can ..." i only know these words, its on the recent pantene or sunsilk shampoo commercial
